Shipping Information

Shipping Privacy:

Any personal information submitted on is for the sole purpose of your order. Information is not shared or sold to third parties. Email addresses are used only for confirmation emails, tracking information, company products related offers or direct website representative contact.

Lost Packages: is responsible for shipping the order out in a timely fashion. Once the order is sent out, it is up to the mail service to deliver the package on time. cannot be held liable for lost packages or late delivery times caused by the delivery services. Tracking information is sent to the email address given on the invoice, if provided. Customer must contact us with any problems or delays after the order is shipped

Shipping Address: ships orders to the exact address the customer has given on their invoice. If the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, shipping costs must be paid again in order to reship the package. If a refund is preferred, a refund minus shipping costs will be issued.

— (Apartments): is an online locksmith company, so we generally ship to businesses. Best Rate Locksmiths LLC cannot guarantee or warranty any shipments that use an apartment shipping address.

— (P.O.Box): Any shipping address that has a P.O. box number for delivery will be shipped via USPS. FedEx does not accept P.O. boxes for any delivery.

— (Canada): Best Rate Locksmiths LLC currently offers two general shipping options to Canada:
❒ FedEx International Canada Shipping: This option comes with tracking, and generally takes 1 to 2 days (longer shipping times may apply) for delivery dependent on the shipping address. The cost is based on the number and kind of items ordered and the order total cost.
❒ USPS International Priority Mail: This option does not come with tracking and generally takes 5 to 12 days (longer shipping times may apply) for delivery dependent on the shipping address. The cost is based on the number and kind of items ordered and the order total cost.

— (International): Generally we don’t ship Internationally, please contact us before you make a purchase and we will give you an option.

Shipping Items:

All orders received on will be shipped within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed. Shipping takes place Monday thru Friday. Any orders placed after 4PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

In the event that the delivery of a shipment is delayed or late due to severe weather, or the shipping carrier is unable to make contact with the package recipient as needed for the specified shipping options delivery requirement (i.e. the business is closed), a refund will not be issued for the shipping costs. If you wish to seek a refund of shipping costs on your shipment you must notify Best Rate Locksmiths LLC within 48 hours of the package being delivered. All shipping cost refunds must be approved by the shipping manager, and will only be authorized when the shipping carrier admits fault on the shipment and refunds the original shipping charges to Best Rate Locksmiths LLC.

After purchasing one of our repair services, we will need your components carefully removed from the vehicle (we can provide removal instructions for most serviced items), packaged well and shipped for repair to:

Please use proper packing materials and practices to ensure that your serviceable components arrive safely. Please use bubble wrap to secure components, fill empty space in the package with filler, such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, recycled paper, newspaper, etc. Always allow at least 1-2 inches of clearance between the component and each edge of the box. Use proper size and crush rate (200lb per sq inch) box. Insure the contents for at least a partial replacement value and ship with tracking and signature.
